I am writing this email to share my appreciation to Norman Koster and Wayne Milne from Unitech South Africa.

The quality of service they provide is sincerely appreciated, they are efficient, deliver excellent customer service and their level of detail and accountability is profound.

My husband and I want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service and guidance you give us, the way that you sincerely listened to our concerns and requirements in building a guest toilet and a brand new kitchen does not go unnoticed. It’s a pleasure to work with people who know the meaning of efficiency. We would also like to complement your team for their neatness of the work they do, always a pleasure to get home from a long day a see that renovations do not need to be in a state of chaos.  

Unitech has also demonstrate that no task is too big, you always seem to make something positive out of a negative, ie. our leaking window panels, which two other service providers could not fix and Unitech did!

We look forward to many more years of cooperation and can honestly state that we will recommend your company to others because of our satisfaction and trust in your work.

RENOVATION PROJECT

Today, where mediocrity is the order of the day, it is refreshing to be introduced to a company where perfection is the benchmark.

I am only a tenant but take pride in the condition and appearance of my home.

I noticed that two sections of the ceiling had parted company with the Bishop strips and were about to collapse.

I reported this to my landlord, The Christian Community who in turn engaged Unitech to carry out the repair and restoration of the ceiling in the lounge and the kitchen/dining area.

Wayne and the team, comprising a carpenter, Sam, Edward and Ndomiso arrived at the appointed time, were introduced to me and work commenced.

All moveable items were removed and the furniture that could not be moved was covered in plastic, this included the entire floor area.

For four days the team worked on the project, not only in a well-trained and professional manner, but were friendly, and we exchanged some really humorous moments.

The final result is nothing short of perfection.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Unitech.
