The truth is, many builders genuinely care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. Instead of assuming the worst, take time to research, read reviews, and meet your builder. A little effort goes a long way in finding someone trustworthy. Good builders aren’t unicorns—they’re out there, ready to prove the stereotypes wrong.
