Outdoor Renovation in Johannesburg: A Project by Unitech SA

This is one of our latest projects in Johannesburg, and it’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship can turn an ordinary outdoor area into an extraordinary retreat. Revamping the Pool Area

We began by refreshing the pool area, making it the focal point of the outdoor space. To seamlessly integrate the indoors and outdoors, we installed frameless glass doors, which provide an unobstructed view of the pool and the surrounding greenery. The clean lines and modern design of the doors enhanced the space, creating a sense of openness and connection with nature.

Enhancing the Deck Area

Next, we built a custom wooden deck, offering a stylish and comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. The deck complements the modern design of the pool area while providing a seamless transition to the garden, improving the flow and layout of the entire outdoor space.

Planning and Modernizing the Kitchen and Bathroom

Inside, we focused on maximizing functionality and style in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen layout was carefully planned to provide both practicality and aesthetic appeal. We used modern finishes, including custom cabinetry, sleek countertops, and high-end appliances, creating a space that’s as beautiful as it is functional.

The bathroom renovation followed the same philosophy, with a focus on minimalist design. We incorporated a double vanity, modern fixtures, and natural materials to create a calming and sophisticated space that enhances the overall feel of the home.
